• Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: Calculated by item, typically $9.99 (Free on orders over $150)
• Expedited Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout
• Exchanges: BCE provides free shipping on exchanges (see our Return & Exchange Policy).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BCE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
